This morning we visited Boa Gente to partake in their informative tour of coconut oil production and enjoy a light refreshment of home-made tart and fresh coconut juice. Florinda, showed us production from beginning to end and answered all sorts of questions about sustainability and community engagement. The gift shop is well organised with a range of useful products to purchase.
